Question by nydreamer123: Does anyone know if it is legal to sell Commit Lozenges (stop smoking aid) on Craigslist in New York state?
I bought the mint flavor accidentally and I HATE mint, but stores do not accept returns or exchanges of nicotine products. These cost a lot of money!!
