Question by iLOVEGOD(:: What is more effective to stop smoking? Gum or Patches?
My dad smokes and i want him to stop so i want to buy him some smoking aids but i don't know which is best. So can you guys help me out? Thanks!

Answer by HK3738i found gums better, you can have him talk to his doctor and consider zyban or chantix
