Question by Graybeard: Have you been able to quit smoking using an "electronic" cigarette device?
My brother's tried all sorts of stop-smoking aids and is considering an expensive electronic cigarette device that appears to dispense small amounts of nicotine. They've been advertised a lot on TV infomercials. They seem to be expensive and I can't find much on how effective they might be. Thanks.
