How can one quit smoking without so much irritation and emotional upset?

Question by Three: How can one quit smoking without so much irritation and emotional upset?
I am quitting smoking again. I noticed I am irritable and emotional again. I don't want those things to ruin my quit as it did last time. Does anyone have any experience, hope, or encouragement to share?

Answer by mochi-chanYou could get addicted to something else. Just something not so dangerous. Maybe get addicted to exercise. It will help...
